Return & Refund Policy

Please carefully read the following provisions for your interests.


Orders Delayed

Orders may be delayed due to shipping providers, destinations, or special circumstances. An order is considered overdue in these cases:

US: Orders are overdue after 45 days from shipment.
Brazil: Orders are overdue after 100 days from shipment due to strict customs clearance.
✓ If the delay is caused by us, a refund will be issued.

Note: Sometimes packages are held at the local post office due to incomplete addresses, unclaimed parcels, or other issues. Customers should contact their local post office to resolve these matters.


Orders Not Received

If tracking shows the order was delivered successfully, refunds will not be issued for “not received” claims without proper verification.
A non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required to process a refund or resend.

Reasons a customer may not receive their order include:

✓ Incorrect/incomplete address or number
✓ Unknown recipient
✓ Refusal to accept the package
✓ Customs clearance issues
✓ Failure to pick up on time

Customers are responsible for picking up packages. We are not responsible for lost parcels during delivery.


Products Damaged

Severely damaged products: Full refund or replacement.
Partially damaged products: Partial refund or replacement.
Damage from shipping boxes: Cannot be refunded if packaging is broken during transit.

Complaint timeframes:
✓ Ordinary products: Within 5 days of delivery
✓ Electronic products: Within 10 days of delivery


Incorrect or Missing Products

Incorrect products: Full refund or replacement.
Missing products: Checked against records; if confirmed, the product will be resent.
Wrong color, size, or shape (functional use unaffected): Compensation or replacement after receiving photos and measurements.
Missing parts (non-functional): Partial refund or resend.
Missing parts (functional): Full replacement.


Order Cancellation

✓ Orders can be canceled if unpaid and pending.
✓ Orders already processed, POD orders, or customized services cannot be canceled.


Return Policy

✓ Products can only be returned to our warehouse.
✓ International returns are not recommended due to high shipping costs, tariffs, and risk of damage or loss.


Unacceptable Disputes

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

✓ Buyer simply does not like the product
✓ Buyer ordered wrong quantity or SKU
✓ Buyer provided incorrect address
✓ Minor differences in product already communicated


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by:

✓ Natural disasters
✓ Strikes
✓ Epidemics
✓ Wars
✓ Other uncontrollable events
